I had them installed towards the end of hunting season in early December by ExCaliber. I used them for a moose hunt on December 15, the last day of the season. We had some snow south of Thunder Bay, but by time we got back to the city it was raining. It rained off and on for a while, cleaning up all the snow. On New Year's eve I took the quad up to a small house party on Hazelwood Drive. The property is quite high in elevation so there was enough snow to go for a few rides on the quad.
I'm in the process of writing an article for the Outdoors Guide on quad tracks. Look for that piece in the next issue. In the mean time I'll have to get on that beast and do some more "research." Until then, happy snow!
